What we guarantee
1. Verified testing: if a product ships without a scannable route to its batch COA, report it and we remove the listing until fixed. 2. Country-aware eligibility: if a SKU is not permitted in your country, checkout blocks it — you should never receive a product you cannot legally hold. 3. EU consumer rights honored in full: the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to every distance purchase, no restocking games. 4. Claim-safe listings: sellers who make medical claims lose the listing.
Seller accountability
Marketplace sellers operate under the same rules as first-party products. Repeated compliance failures end the seller relationship. Disputes unresolved by a seller within 14 days escalate to the platform for direct resolution.
