How to Verify a Batch COA in 60 Seconds

A Certificate of Analysis is only useful if you actually check it. Here is the one-minute routine we recommend for any product, from any shop — including ours.

Step 1 — Match the batch, not the product

Find the batch or lot number on your packaging. A COA for the product in general proves little; the certificate must name the exact batch in your hand.

Step 2 — Check the lab, the date, and the signature

The document should name an independent laboratory, carry a test date consistent with the shelf life, and be signed or verifiable on the lab’s own site.

Step 3 — Read two numbers

First, the cannabinoid content: does the measured value match the label within a reasonable tolerance? Second, the THC result: it must sit inside the legal limit for your country and match the product’s declared class.

Step 4 — Scan, don’t trust screenshots

Use the QR code on the packaging or the Lab Reports library in our Trust Center. A COA that exists only as a picture in a product photo is a red flag anywhere on the internet.
